We are delighted to be hosting our first workshop of the new year on Tuesday 14th January from 3pm-5pm in the Boardroom at the Visitor Centre on The Animal Health Trust site. This workshop is led by the NHS Wellbeing Service and offers practical strategies and support to help challenge unhelpful thinking and educates on the Five Ways to Wellbeing.
